Junior Sales Representative

This is an outstanding graduate-level opportunity to join an established market leader, receive industry-leading training, and build a long-term career in surgical sales.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Territory Manager, supporting healthcare professionals and surgeons across the East & West Sussex territory, with around 80% of your time spent in operating theatres, providing technical support to the surgeon during surgical procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Sports Science or another relevant Life Science discipline
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven focus
• Passionate about building a long-term career in medical device sales
• Living currently on the territory (NW London, Hertfordshire, or Bedfordshire) – it is essential you live on territory in order to do this role

The Role:

• Support the Territory Manager across key NHS accounts
• Attend surgical procedures, providing technical product support to surgeons and theatre staff
• Develop strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals
• Receive comprehensive training in both clinical and commercial aspects of the role
