I’m working with one of the most recognised Estate Agency brands in the North, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Leeds team.
This is a genuinely busy office with experienced agents around you, hands-on training and plenty of opportunity to develop your career.
£28,000-£32,000 OTE
- Basic salary + UNCAPPED commission
- Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5pm
- Every other Saturday, 9am-1pm + time back in lieu
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

What will you be doing?
- Working with buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Arranging & conducting viewings
- Building strong client relationships
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Generating referrals and repeat business
- Providing a genuinely high level of customer service
- Getting stuck in and becoming a key part of a busy sales team
What are they looking for?Estate Agency experience would be ideal, but it’s not essential.
If you’ve got a strong background in sales, customer service or a target-driven environment, and you’re keen to build a career in Estate Agency, I’d be keen to hear from you.
You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
