The Works is seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a busy store, drive performance and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll manage people, stock, and standards while coaching your team to reach targets and uphold the brand’s values.

You’ll use data to optimise sales, merchandising, and operations, while building a positive, inclusive team culture and representing The Works across store level initiatives.
