Store Floor Lead: Customer Experience & Sales

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Gloucester is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help the store run smoothly on the sales floor.

You will lead opening and closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill OMNI channel orders, demonstrate product knowledge, build visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets and inventory, and embody the brand values in daily leadership.
