About the Project
This role ispart ofDigis’ internal sales &lead generation department.
The team works with LinkedIn and email outreach togenerate qualified leads forIT outsourcing and staff augmentation services.
The processes are mature, well-documented, and currently scaling. You will work closely with the Head ofSales and Lead Generation team, directly influencing the company’s sales pipeline.

Requirements
- 1+year ofexperience inLead Generation/ Outreach (outsourcing/outstaffing companies)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach
- Ability towrite manual, personalized outreach messages
- Familiarity with ChatGPT/ Grammarly aswriting assistants
- Clear understanding ofthe staff augmentation model
- Strong analytical thinking and attention todetail
Responsibilities
- Build ICP-based company lists
- Find and verify contact data (emails, LinkedIn profiles) ofdecision-makers
- Write personalized outreach messages (email + LinkedIn)
- Log and maintain data intracking sheets/ CRM
- Continuously improve outreach quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with the Head ofSales and Lead Gen team
