Night Receptionist – Hotel

We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist to join a hotel team near London Luton Airport.

Shift Details

• Shift: 23:00 – 07:00
• Days: Any day Monday to Sunday
• Pay: £14ph
• Location: London Luton Airport

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs during the night.
• Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
• Managing bookings, reservations and payments.
• Completing night audit duties and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.

Requirements

• Previous hotel reception experience is essential.
• Previous experience using the OPERA hotel management system is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends.
