Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are recruiting full time experienced PCV / Coach Drivers for full-time positions operating coach services in the Worthing area.This opportunity is ideal for experienced Bus Drivers with little or no coach driving experience, as additional in-house training and support will be provided where required. The role offers a minimum of 8 hours per day, overtime opportunities and pay from sign-on to sign-off.Pay RatesWeekdays
- PAYE: £17.45 per hour
- PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £19.56 per hour
Weekends
- PAYE: £18.50 per hour
- PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay: £20.73 per hour
Daily Travel Allowance:
- Standard: £13.40 per day
- Including Holiday Pay: £15.02 per day
- Available to drivers based more than 10 miles from the Worthing depot
Hours & Benefits
- Full-time hours with flexible shifts

Requirements
- Valid PCV Category D driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph xwwtmva Card
- Minimum 2 years’ bus driving experience
- Maximum 6 points on driving licence
- Full flexibility with working hours
- DBS check required (can be arranged through us)
- Pre-employment medical during onboarding
- Must live within 1 hour of either depot
