Director, Board Governance & Compliance

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Director, Legal Services to support the Company Secretary in delivering the Secretariat function and provide strategic governance guidance to directors and senior managers to ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.

You will act as Secretary to allocated Board Committees, maintain governance documentation, draft board papers and advise on constitutional matters, while partnering with INEDs, Group Directors and the Executive to strengthen governance
