The firm offers a strong international platform, an excellent financial track record and the resources to support the continued development of a successful maritime disputes practice.
The role would suit a partner with at least four years’ experience at partnership level, a strong standing in the shipping market and an established network of industry contacts. Relevant work may include charterparty and cargo disputes, bills of lading claims, marine casualties, ship sale and purchase disputes, marine insurance and international arbitration. A strong portable book of business is essential, together with a credible strategy for developing further work and strengthening existing client relationships.
This is an opportunity for an established practitioner with the commercial drive and market connections to build on an existing practice within a profitable international environment. You should have a demonstrable record of business generation and the ability to capitalise on an established global platform to support further growth.
