Job Description:
ALOIS UK is seeking an experienced HR Digital / Workday Programme Lead to own the HR Digital Roadmap and lead a portfolio of Workday optimisation and HR technology initiatives. This role requires deep Workday HCM expertise to shape the roadmap, challenge solution design and suppliers, and drive delivery through to business adoption.
