Fire Safety Lead for Social Housing & High-Risk Buildings

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Fire Safety Manager to provide technical leadership across fire safety activities on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will ensure Fire Risk Assessments, inspections, surveys and remedial works are delivered to a high standard and in line with legislation.

You will lead and challenge on fire safety risks, controls and remediation, engage with senior leaders, contractors and regulators, and apply your qualifications to regulated social housing settings.
