Management Consultant– National Security

Overview

As a Management Consultant in National Security, you will lead transformation projects and advise senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes for government clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment, applying human-centered design and data-driven approaches to solve complex national security challenges. You’ll work closely with clients and partners to shape solutions from strategy through delivery, contributing to Accenture’s growth in the public sector. Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs across National Security clients and act as the client-facing representative
• Develop deep understanding of client challenges and facilitate issue-based discussions
• Build trust-based client relationships and advise, challenge, and coach with senior stakeholders
• Apply root cause analysis to identify business issues and deliver pragmatic, data-driven solutions
• Use human-centered approaches to frame opportunities and drive co-creation
• Own streams of complex work delivering value-centric outcomes and work with teams to deliver
• Provide specialist guidance and collaborate with client leads to achieve project outcomes

Key requirements

• 2-5 years of consulting experience in a consultancy
• Active DV clearance (mandatory)
• Experience in National Security environment (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and client-management skills
• Ability to operate across the full project/program lifecycle and manage risks
