Learning & Workforce Skills Consultant

Overview

In this role you will help clients reinvent their learning capability at scale, using AI-enabled platforms. You’ll work within Accenture’s Talent Reinvention practice to design and deliver AI-skilling programs and workforce transformations. You will connect learning investments to business outcomes through data-driven analysis and modern learning technology. This is a growth-focused, hands-on consulting role with cross-functional collaboration and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client engagements across learning and workforce transformation
• Design and deliver enterprise AI skilling programs and role-based learning journeys
• Conduct skills gap analyses and link learning to business outcomes
• Contribute to enterprise skilling architectures integrating content, platforms, and data
• Work with AI-enabled learning tech ecosystems (LXPs, skills intelligence platforms, AI tools)
• Assist business development with proposals and client presentations
• Collaborate with LearnVantage product teams, Udacity, and the global learning network

Key requirements

• Consulting mindset with analytical problem-solving and client-facing comfort
• Exposure to learning, workforce transformation, talent, or HR consulting
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical application to workforce capability
• Understanding of modern enterprise learning and behavior-change vs completions
• Strong communication and analytical skills for structured arguments and senior audiences
