Lead Analyst (Business Compliance), Ethics and Compliance

Overview

In this role you will lead the design and execution of a compliance and risk management program. You will work with cross-functional teams to assess controls, verify their effectiveness, and document findings. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver status reports to management. You’ll translate complex assessments into clear actions that support ongoing regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to shape and scale a formal governance program with tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute compliance assessments based on documented processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation
• Verify the design and effectiveness of controls to secure people, processes, tools and technology
• Complete work papers by documenting compliance assessments and findings, articulating methodology
• Prepare regular status reports by collecting and analysing information for management, and discuss findings with stakeholders
• Lead programs or projects within the compliance and risk domain

Key requirements

• Degree level education (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated related experience
• Desirable: CISA, CISSP, CISM, Archer GRC
