Overview

In this role you lead strategic, cross-divisional change programs within Global Banking & Markets, partnering with front-to-back teams to design and implement high-impact initiatives. You will drive governance, risk management, and delivery, shaping the program roadmap and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes. You operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and influence senior stakeholders to align solutions with firm strategy. Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-divisional initiatives with front-to-back teams (product, design, engineering, operations)
• Articulate how projects fit into program and firm strategy and influence alignment
• Identify, report, and escalate project risks; oversee remediation with senior partners
• Provide project transparency through governance forums with senior leadership; track progress, timelines, budgets
• Remove program-level impediments via stakeholder engagement and sponsorship
• Collaborate with product owners to define strategic vision, roadmap, and backlog balance
• Define QA/testing approaches and coaching on testing best practices; develop post-testing migration strategies

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7-12 years’ experience in business analysis / project / program management with Finance industry exposure
• Strong end-to-end project management skills (scoping, planning, risk/issue management, status reporting, delivery)
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders
• Significant leadership experience, transparency, and conflict resolution in large programs
• Ability to influence stakeholders beyond direct control
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify cross-functional issues and propose solutions
