Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of residential property transactions and caseloads
• Deliver end-to-end digital conveyancing using modern technology
• Provide commercially astute legal advice and excellent client service
• Coordinate efficient handling of transactional matters and prioritise effectively
• Build and manage client relationships, offering clear guidance
• Collaborate with partners to scope, price, and deliver work
• Develop own client relationships and professional profile
• Lead and participate in business development initiatives and cross-selling
• Build a network of clients, contacts, and referrers
• Participate in team and sector pitches and maintain accurate time recording, WIP, and billing

Key requirements

• 6+ years PQE (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx)
