Global Distribution Enablement Senior Consultant

Overview

In this role you lead and manage cross-functional enablement programs and strategic projects to advance the company’s business goals. You will design curricula, coordinate global initiatives, and partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. You’ll analyze program impact, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver enablement programs across global distribution using platforms like Salesforce and Seismic
• Plan, execute, and oversee strategic enablement projects from inception to completion with scope, budget, and resource management
• Engage stakeholders across internal client groups and global departments
• Develop role-based curricula and deliver live and virtual training events
• Perform strategic analysis, define metrics, and report progress to sponsors and steering committees
• Monitor budgets and resource needs, escalate issues and gaps

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6–8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, or enablement/training
• Experience leading strategic cross-functional projects and training program development
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, Seismic and Tableau
• Experience developing on-demand training content and enablement programs
