Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive project delivery in a cross-functional setting, coordinating business and technology colleagues to keep work on track. You will manage risks, issues and dependencies while supporting business analysis and scope alignment. You’ll work with sponsors and executives to resolve challenges and ensure projects meet objectives in a regulated environment. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position with exposure to senior stakeholders and a focus on delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple business areas to achieve shared objectives
• Track risks, issues and dependencies and define practical actions to stay on course
• Support business analysis on projects or work packages as needed
• Identify gaps/overlaps and negotiate scope changes with project managers, sponsors and executives
• Spot gaps in business processes and propose improvements
• Support resource planning and forecasting
• Communicate clearly with colleagues across business and IT, including senior stakeholders
• Provide a professional, fair, and confidential service to customers, clients, and colleagues

Key requirements

• Experience in Project Management, PMO, or delivery-focused roles
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and how to apply them
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident in negotiating, resolving conflict and setting priorities
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to own tasks with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities
