Senior Product Engineer

Overview

In this role you will own the full lifecycle of customer apps across iOS, Android, and web, shaping a world-class experience in a fast-moving, AI-first environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end, leveraging AI to improve product outcomes. The role emphasizes production readiness, reliability, and scalable architectures while maintaining a strong focus on customer value. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of features across backend, web, and mobile platforms
• Ship features across backend, web, and infrastructure, with cross-stack impact
• Prototype and bring AI-powered features to life in the product
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality to raise the team’s bar
• Maintain production stability: monitor latency, harden release processes, ensure security and reliability
• Share patterns and learnings to accelerate team-wide delivery
• Manage on-call rotations and stand behind what is shipped
• Focus on product outcomes and customer impact rather than code volume

Key requirements

• 5+ years of senior engineering experience in production software
• Full-stack proficiency across backend, web, and infrastructure
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL
• Experience with NestJS (or similar Node.js framework) and React
• Cloud and DevOps mindset (GCP or similar cloud, CI/CD, observability, modern infra tooling)
• Daily use of AI in development and ability to extract patterns for team reuse
• Production-focused mindset with solid API design, observability, scaling, reliability, and security
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, delivery-oriented approach
