Senior Analyst – Procurement (ATMS)

Overview

In this role you will manage and optimize procurement activities for low-value, low-complexity purchases within a defence/aerospace context. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure value-for-money and supplier performance, contributing to bids, contracts, and supplier risk management. The position combines negotiation, cost analysis, and P2P execution to support strategic pursuits and programme delivery. You will operate in a collaborative, output-focused environment with opportunities for development across the business area.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, award, and document purchases for materials, services and supplies
• Lead or support cost and price analysis and negotiation strategies
• Engage early with suppliers for new business pursuits and bid activities
• Manage supplier performance against cost, schedule, and quality requirements
• Support development of bids, agreements, and supplier assessments
• Manage full purchase-to-pay cycle from requisition to payment
• Communicate requirements and terms clearly to suppliers
• Maintain supplier scorecards and drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to risk and opportunity analysis in early capture and supplier decisions
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, Raytheon policies and procedures

Key requirements

• Experience in supply chain, subcontract management, procurement, or related field

• Experience or knowledge of MRP, SAP, and PO processes
