Overview

As Google Cloud Delivery Lead, you drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data & AI transformation programs on Google Cloud for UK clients. You will oversee onshore delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines and risk are managed while aligning with offshore execution. You work with Google Cloud, Accenture engineering teams, and client stakeholders to shape secure, scalable, production-ready architectures. This role combines cutting-edge technology with cross-functional leadership to deliver tangible business impact in regulated industries. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Google Cloud Data & AI transformation programs
• Act as onshore delivery authority for UK clients: scope, quality, timelines, risk, and financials
• Lead delivery across Google Cloud Platform components (Data & Analytics, BigQuery, data pipelines, analytics layers) and AI/ML workloads (Vertex AI)
• Drive delivery best practices: secure-by-design, scalable, production-ready architectures
• Partner with Google Cloud architects/engineers, Accenture solutioning/engineering teams, and Google accounts as needed
• Lead client governance, security reviews, and regulatory discussions for UK regulated industries
• Manage hybrid onshore–offshore delivery models ensuring offshore work aligns with onshore governance
• Support Google Cloud solution shaping, transitions, and scale-out across multiple accounts

Key requirements

• Strong experience delivering programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Data platforms, analytics modernization, and AI-enabled use cases
• Cloud-native delivery models and DevOps/CI-CD alignment
• Understanding of Google Cloud security, IAM, data governance, and compliance for enterprise/regulated clients
• Experience with Google–Accenture co-delivery and co-sell models
• Ability to translate Google Cloud reference architectures into executable delivery plans
• Proven delivery leadership across complex cloud or Data & AI transformation programs
• Experience delivering for enterprise or regulated UK clients (FSI, Telecom, Public Sector)
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior client and partner engagement
• Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, and production environment compliance
• Ability to bridge business stakeholders, Google Cloud architects, and delivery teams
