Responsibilities

• Inspecting new projects and opportunities for client reporting and pitches
• Maintaining property data, schedules and market information
• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
• Direct conversations with occupiers to understand requirements
• Conducting property viewings across London and the South East
• Building and maintaining client relationships and attending meetings
• Assisting with lettings and sales negotiations
• Collaborating with Knight Frank’s UK commercial network

Key requirements

• Ideally RICS qualified (not essential)
• Some property or agency experience beneficial
• Industrial & Logistics experience advantageous but open to entrants
• Commercially minded with a drive to build relationships
• Confident, client-facing, team-oriented
• Full driving licence and car access essential
