Digital Workplace Consultant

Overview

In this role you drive digital workplace transformations for clients, combining technology with business insight. You will guide cross-functional stakeholders, deliver modern collaboration and productivity environments, and lead a small team of consultants. As a Digital Workplace SME, you’ll strengthen capabilities in identity, security and change management while coordinating diverse project teams. You’ll craft client-ready assets and support global deployments, helping clients adopt secure, cloud-based work models.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on Digital Workplace solutions
• Deliver workplace transformations using collaboration tools, automation, mobility and analytics
• Lead and coach a small team of consultants
• Act as SME for Digital Workplace capabilities in identity and security, remote deployments, workforce and culture, and change management
• Manage aspects of diverse project teams including onshore/offshore personnel and third parties
• Develop client-facing assets grounded in technical expertise
