Workday HCM Project Manager

Overview

In this role you guide large-scale Workday initiatives, driving end-to-end delivery of HCM and/or FIN solutions for global clients. You work within the Workday Business Group to transform HR and finance processes using cloud-based offerings. You’ll lead delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure quality on time and on budget. You will also mentor consultants and participate in pre-sales to expand Workday adoption. This opportunity combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution in a globally connected, AI-forward delivery culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations
• Oversee (senior) client stakeholders, engagement financials, and delivery quality for Phase 1 and/or Phase X engagements
• Leverage proven assets to ensure predictable, high-quality, on-time, within-budget delivery
• Lead and coach consulting teams to elevate performance
• Participate in (pre-)sales cycles to grow Workday client opportunities

Key requirements

• End-to-end responsibility for Workday implementation (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
• Experience in Workday program and project management with at least two delivered engagements
• Stakeholder, resource, financial management, PMO, and quality management experience
• Ability to travel as required and manage teams and client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English fluency
• Workday PM/EM certification and/or other project management/agile certifications
• Experience in HR systems and/or ERP transformations
• Experience leading diverse onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams
• Experience with large, complex system transformations
