Intelligent Enterprise Performance & Analytics Manager

Overview

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of enterprise performance management (EPM) architecture, linking planning and forecasting with modern data platforms and AI. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional programmes that combine finance transformation, data and AI, delivering trusted, explainable solutions. You’ll engage CFOs and CIOs, shaping governance and scalable platforms while growing the practice. This is a hands-on leadership role in an AI-first delivery context that blends strategy, architecture, and delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EPM solution architecture (models, dimensions, business rules) and platform selection across Oracle EPM, OneStream, Anaplan
• Define target finance data architecture tying actuals, drivers, assumptions, and forecasts; lead engineers in pipelines, integration, and data quality
• Design AI/ML use cases for planning (predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, automated variance analysis, AI-generated commentary) and ensure governance and explainability
• Lead complex EPM, data, and AI programmes from discovery to deployment and adoption, overseeing cross-functional streams
• Maintain design authority, ensure control, reconciliation, and auditability, and keep senior stakeholders aligned through governance
• Build relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, CIOs, and chief data officers; develop offerings, assets, and points of view
• Promote an AI-first delivery approach with agentic tooling and strong human-in-the-loop governance
• Lead and develop teams across functional, technical, data, and change workstreams

Key requirements

• 7+ years delivering EPM programmes end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, OneStream, or Anaplan
• Experience integrating EPM with Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, or Databricks as a data/AI foundation
• Experience with data, analytics, or AI-enabled finance solutions (predictive forecasting, governance of AI) and familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern data-integration technologies; some exposure to Python or ML platforms
• Relevant EPM, cloud-data, or AI certifications
• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with CFOs, controllers, FP&A leaders and senior tech stakeholders
