Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements across LP&I to resolve complex challenges
• Develop industry solutions, propositions, and points of view for strategic and technology-led change
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and apply market insights to client needs
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and value
• Identify, shape, and pursue new client opportunities and account growth
• Coach and mentor junior practitioners to support capability growth and team culture

Key requirements

• Experience delivering business and technology change within the LP&I sector (industry or consulting)
• Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage deliverables, and drive client outcomes
• Strong knowledge of LP&I domains (pensions, investments, wealth, protection, life insurance or annuities)
• Experience analyzing complex problems and developing practical client solutions
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate across business and technology audiences
• Strong presentation, problem-solving and structured-thinking skills; comfortable in ambiguity
• Understanding of how digital, data and technology capabilities can transform client outcomes
• Experience coaching junior team members and contributing to high-performing teams
