Microsoft Power Platform Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end delivery of complex Power Platform engagements for Accenture’s UK client portfolio, blending technology delivery with client management. You drive multi-workstream programs across Power Platform, D365, and AI Copilot, building high-performing delivery teams. You shape governance, risk, and strategy, aligning with MBG UK and Microsoft accounts to deliver enterprise-scale digital transformations. You will influence adoption of Velocity and Microsoft implementation patterns, delivering measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Microsoft Power Platform programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-quality outcomes
• Lead multiple concurrent workstreams: Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse
• Establish governance: RAG reporting, milestone management, risk registers, RAID logs
• Manage programme-level dependencies, escalations, and critical path in multi-vendor environments
• Drive adoption of Velocity delivery methodology and Microsoft implementation patterns
• Act as senior client lead, including steering committees and workshops
• Support business development: bids, solution design, and expansion opportunities within engagements
• Lead and develop delivery teams (10–30+), across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
• Own programme P&L, revenue recognition, margin management, and cost forecasting
• Provide architectural oversight and governance across Power Platform delivery
• Champion AI Copilot adoption and Copilot Studio in engagements
• Maintain awareness of Power Platform roadmap and translate to client value propositions

Key requirements

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform or D365 programmes for enterprise clients
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream, complex programmes in regulated industries
• Fluent in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and waterfall/hybrid delivery models
• Experience leading distributed delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore)
• Formal PM certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP Practitioner
• Deep technical knowledge of Power Platform suite and D365 capabilities
• Experience with CoE Toolkit, ALM strategies, environment governance, and security models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Business acumen to articulate ROI and business value to non-technical stakeholders
• Commercial experience including contract negotiation and change control
