Job Description:

Overview

In this role, you will own the Platform’s secure software supply chain from source to run, across diverse customer environments. You will steward two existing products and incubate a third, shaping how customers build, deploy, and operate the Platform. You’ll design an install and release strategy that works in both connected and fully disconnected environments, with strong emphasis on security, rollback, and measurable delivery impact. This is a mission‑driven opportunity to enable scalable, enterprise‑grade software delivery for industrial customers and to influence the tooling that engineers rely on daily. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to accelerate hardware‑forward AI

Responsibilities

  • Own discovery, priorities and roadmap for CDE and release engineering, while incubating the agentic software factory
  • Hide the developer toolchain from users, including environments, source control, artifact registries, builds and tests
  • Reduce release effort differences between connected and disconnected customer environments
  • Design install experiences with deployment engineers, including prerequisites, pre‑change checks, and proof of work
  • Define staged releases, canary releases and UAT in customer environments before production
  • Make rollback safe and routine at every site
  • Ensure CDE and release engineering run fully disconnected with no public‑cloud dependencies
  • Make agents first‑class users with the same interfaces, identity and guardrails as people
  • Leverage internal experience to improve shipped products
  • Define how to measure the factory’s impact on delivery speed and software quality

Key requirements

  • Deep technical understanding of continuous delivery, artifact supply chains and SDLC
  • Experience with product‑managed developer platforms or software delivery tooling
  • Experience shipping into disconnected or regulated environments
  • Track record turning internal tooling into a broadly used product
  • Familiarity with agentic coding or delivery workflows and evaluating their limitations
  • Clear communication that aligns teams
  • Strategic thinking and prioritization
  • Collaborative stakeholding with cross‑functional teams
  • Continuous delivery
  • Software supply chain security: provenance, signing, vulnerability scanning
  • Developer tooling and platform products
