Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload from fast-track to multi-track personal injury claims
- Advise on liability and coverage issues
- Support client relationships and development
- Engage in health & safety investigations, inquests, and product regulation matters
- Contribute to client development and internal team initiatives
- Provide early responsibility and seek progression opportunities
Key requirements
- NQ-2 PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Experience in personal injury and fast-track litigation
- Interest in health & safety / product liability work
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial, client-focused approach with an interest in business development
