Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead technology projects end-to-end, coordinating across development, product, design, and commercial teams. You’ll align stakeholders, manage scope and risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The position sits at the heart of GlobalData’s tech initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and governance. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and risks
• Define project plans, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation
• Facilitate working group and steering meetings with purposeful materials and agendas
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including CEO
• Manage dependencies across teams ensuring alignment and accountability
• Lead GTM coordination with marketing, sales enablement, commercial and customer success
• Manage internal or third-party resources to deliver outcomes
• Follow governance processes for documentation, reporting and plans

Key requirements

• 3-5 years managing Technology and software projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills (comfortable with c-suite)
• Solid understanding of software development and technical concepts
• Comfortable with ambiguity and coordinating required teams
• Exposure to change management
• Understanding of product development including UX/UI and Back-End development
• JIRA, Moqups knowledge
• Knowledge of technology and digital systems
