People Operations & Benefits Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead People Operations, benefits, payroll, systems and governance to deliver an excellent employee experience. You’ll partner with the People Operations team across geographies to ensure operational excellence, strong controls and smooth service delivery. You’ll own HRIS administration, data integrity and reporting, while driving process improvements and automation. The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic thinking in a regulated environment, with exposure to HR technology, governance and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the People Operations team to manage priorities, performance and service delivery across geographies
• Drive improvements across HR processes, systems and the employee experience
• Own Oracle HR administration, data integrity, system enhancements and management reporting
• Ensure GDPR, SOX controls, audit requirements and wider People governance compliance
• Manage outsourced providers, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and business continuity activity
• Lead benefits, renewals, benchmarking, vendor relationships and flexible benefits enrolment
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple territories
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency

Key requirements

• Significant People Operations/HR Operations/Shared Services experience
• Experience leading HR teams, including offshore or outsourced delivery
• Strong benefits administration, governance and vendor management expertise
• HRIS experience, ideally Oracle HR or similar
• Exposure overseeing payroll across multiple jurisdictions (preferred)
• Knowledge of GDPR, SOX controls, audit and risk requirements
• Strong analytical, reporting and process improvement skills
