Change Transformation Consultant

Overview

In this role you will drive enterprise transformational change projects enabled by technology, shaping Change Management solutions across major ERP and HR platforms. You will work within a cross-functional team to align vision, leadership, culture, communications and measurement, supported by digital enablement. You’ll help grow the Change consulting practice through innovation and market thought leadership. This is a fast-paced, globally connected role focused on delivering human-centered, experience-led transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define change management solutions for enterprise programmes leveraging SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors and Salesforce
• Oversee lifecycle elements: transformation vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behavior change, communications, storytelling and change measurement
• Support growth of the Change consulting practice through innovation, capability development and market eminence
• Create market-facing viewpoints, blogs and offerings to position Accenture’s Change consulting and Talent & Organization (T&O)
• Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering enterprise transformational change programmes with SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors or Salesforce
• Experience in change planning, impact assessments, and building change interventions
• Visioning, leadership alignment and storytelling
• Communication strategy development and material creation using digital/AI-enabled tools
• End-to-end technology implementation lifecycle knowledge from design to hypercare
• Passion for innovation and technology trends and their impact on employee experience
• Strong consulting, communication, facilitation and data analysis skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
