Employer Brand content & campaigns specialist

Overview

In this role, you will craft and manage employer branding content designed to attract candidates globally. You will work with a diverse, cross-border team to create engaging material across platforms, aligning with our brand voice and values. You’ll lead content research, social media management, blog writing, and multimedia design to amplify our employer brand. You will use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, deliver measurable impact, and collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Content research to stay ahead of trends in employer branding
• Create and adapt content for multiple platforms in line with the brand voice
• Manage social media presence using tools like Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite
• Write optimized AEO/GEO blog content for the career site and refresh website content
• Design and edit static, dynamic, photo and video content for social channels and website
• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube)
• Plan and run Google Ads (Search and Display) to boost brand visibility
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects independently

Key requirements

• Proven experience in employer branding content creation and managing global campaigns
• Proficiency in AEO/GEO blog content writing
• Excellent written English; other languages are a plus
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Express for design
• Familiarity with video editing techniques
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision making
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Experience in digital marketing, particularly paid social (LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube) is valued
