Operations Manager

Opening 2028 – Open a new business, don’t inherit one.

Our client, a much-loved independent, food-led business, is building a major new destination in Cheshire. We’re looking for the Operations Manager to build it from the ground up and lead it.

• Recruit and lead a team of 300+
• Build a head up a management team of around 13
• Lead the opening team, joining March 2027 for 12 months’ onboarding
• Set the standard from day one
• Initially reporting to CEO
• Full P & L up to around £50m+
• A large-site or multi-site operator who genuinely loves food, provenance, quality and is obsessed with the sector
• People first, with a record of building teams
• Opening experience a real plus
