South West London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation services within community mental health teams. The role supports services across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and offers opportunities to develop Non-Medical Prescribing skills.
The post is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with no regular weekend or late duties currently required.
