Beacon Medical Practice in Skegness, Lincolnshire is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our patient-centred team. You will deliver structured medication reviews, support long-term condition management, and provide clinical advice to patients and staff to ensure safe, effective prescribing.
You will play a key role in medicines optimisation, work closely with GPs and nurses, and contribute to medicines safety initiatives, audits and high quality patient care within a supportive MDT.
