Urology Theatre Senior Charge Nurse Lead (4-day Week)

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a Senior Charge Nurse for the Urology Theatre at University Hospital Ayr. The role is 36 hours over four days per week, with weekend/on-call commitments and a 12-month fixed term for maternity cover.

The post requires NMC or HCPC registration, extensive urology theatre experience, and the ability to deputise in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse. You will lead the theatre team, ensure safe perioperative care, and support governance and quality improvement.
