Job Description:
North Yorkshire Council are recruiting two full-time equivalent Social Workers to a dedicated project focusing on completing reviews and reassessments for people living in Supported Living accommodation, funded by North Yorkshire. You will work to ensure support is rights-based, independent, and least restrictive, through strong partnerships with individuals, families and care providers.
A professional Social Work qualification and current registration with Social Work England are required.
