My client who are well known within the utilities industry are looking for a Business Transformation/Customer Journey Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract role (outside ir35)
The ideal candidate would have experience in:
- Customer journey mapping
- Business process mapping
- Customer experience and service design
- Business transformation and operating model design
- Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
- Gap analysis and prioritisation
- Change management and implementation planning
- Experience working in the utility experience
This role will require you to be on site 2 days a week in their Surrey office
