Practice accountant

We are a Chartered Certified firm in Walton on the Hill (near Tadworth), Surrey, seeking an accountant with practice experience to join our growing team. The main focus of this role will be the preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
• General small business and individual tax advice
• Assistance with VAT returns and management accounts
• Occasional assistance with personal tax returns and MTD Income Tax submissions

Experience/qualifications:

• Practice experience
• Experience of dealing with accounting and taxation matters for small businesses/individuals
• Experience of preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
