Corporate Accountant

A market leading specialist insurer are looking for a corporate accountant to join the team on an initial 6 month basis.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Prepare statutory financial statements across multiple entities and manage day-to-day liaison with external auditors
• Review cash journals, bank reconciliations and reconcile other balance sheet accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Take ownership of finalising monthly and quarterly trial balances for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
• Quarterly group reporting
• Corporate member accounting

Required Experience

• Insurance accounting experience
• Preparing statutory accounts and group reporting
• Insurance experience, ideally London market experience
• Experience working with internal and external audit teams
