Mar Lows is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR processes, systems, and data accuracy across the organisation. You will help maintain HR records, support process improvements, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations in a hybrid work setting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 0-2 years in HR operations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
