Hybrid Commissioning Data & Performance Officer

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Commissioning Support Officer to join the Commissioning Team in Winchester on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role covers contract monitoring, performance reporting, market oversight and data analysis across community and care services.
