Part-Time HR Manager | Hybrid, Values-Driven Charity

Home-Start HOST in the United Kingdom is appointing its first in-house HR Manager. You will lead recruitment, staff development, welfare and inclusion, while shaping policies to support families with young children. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, hybrid with Audenshaw office and remote work.

You will keep HR processes compliant with UK employment law, work with the CEO and board, and provide training to upskill leaders across the charity.
