We’re growing our data centre recruitment business at TSSI Recruit and looking for an ambitious recruiter to help develop and drive this market forward.
Whether you have six months or sixteen years of recruitment experience, we’re open to a conversation. What matters most is your current knowledge of the data centre market, your ambition and your ability to build strong relationships.
With over 20 years of telecoms recruitment heritage, established client relationships and an international team behind you, you’ll have the support and freedom to develop your market.
The Role
- Develop and grow TSSI Recruit’s data centre recruitment offering, with a particular focus on the US market.
- Recruit across IT, telecoms and engineering roles supporting data centre projects.
- Work across permanent recruitment, contract recruitment or both, depending on your expertise and market opportunities.
- Build and develop client and candidate relationships.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to the direction of the business.
- Potentially build and lead your own team as the market grows.
You’ll have delivery support from day one, access to existing client relationships and the backing of an experienced international recruitment team.

- Current knowledge and understanding of the data centre market.
- Recruitment experience at any level, from junior to senior.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- The ambition to develop a market and grow your career.

- £50,000 basic salary plus 25% commission.
