Franklin Fitch is seeking a HaloITSM Consultant to deliver customer projects from requirements through implementation and ongoing improvement.
You will run discovery workshops, configure workflows, SLAs, permissions, automation and dashboards, and support integrations and data migration. You’ll guide customers through testing, go-live and handover, and deliver training to improve platform adoption and performance, working with project managers and technical teams to keep delivery on track.
