Commercial Property Solicitor – 2+ PQE
TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded law firm based in Bristol who are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to the growing property department.
Our client is looking to recruit a Solicitor who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant matters. Duties will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, conducting property searches and due diligence, investigating title issues, advising clients on relevant legal requirements and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
