What you’ll be doing:

• Owning a caseload of Credit Hire claims and liability disputed cases, start to finish
• Taking cases confidently from proceedings through to trial
• Negotiating strong settlements that deliver real outcomes for clients
• Keeping credit hire providers in the loop with slick, proactive updates
• Working within a case management system that actually works for you

What you bring to the table:

• Proven Credit Hire claims experience — you know this world inside out
• Confidence managing a full caseload of litigated RTA claims independently
• Sharp understanding of the PI claims process, costs, MOJ protocols, Pre-Action Protocol and CPR
• A results-driven mindset — you know your numbers and you’re proud of them
