A Senior Paralegal opportunity within a well-established organisation, supporting a busy in-house legal transactions team. The role offers hands‑on responsibility for a varied portfolio of residential property matters, while providing exposure to wider legal and commercial issues across the business.

Description

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Draft and negotiate a range of property documentation, including leases, transfers, licences and easements.
• Conduct title reviews, legal due diligence and property‑related legal research.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal and transaction‑related queries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and wider team projects.
• Assist with the supervision and development of junior team members.

Profile

• Law graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing or property law.
• Comfortable managing matters independently and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent drafting, organisation and communication skills.
• Previous in‑house experience or exposure to leasehold property matters would be advantageous.
