About Allume
People living in flats have been left out of rooftop solar. Fewer than 1% of UK flats are connected to it. Our world-first technology, SolShare, changes that. It connects one rooftop solar system and a communal battery to every flat in a building, so everyone gets their fair share and residents can save up to 60% on their electricity bills.
Our UK team is small and growing fast. We work with housing providers, developers and the energy retailer E.ON, with whom we’ve just launched FlatSave. Next, we’re taking what works in the UK into Europe.
The role
You’ll be our first operations hire, reporting directly to our GM Europe. You’ll shape how we run across the UK and Europe: the rhythm of the business, how we report, how projects get delivered and how new people join. You’ll be building, not maintaining, and the role grows as we do.
What you’ll own
Run our partner programmes and internal projects from plan to finish. You’ll track milestones, spot risks early and keep everyone aligned.
- Commercial operations
Run the weekly pipeline review with our sales team and turn it into clear reporting for the leadership team.
- People operations
Own a smooth experience from onboarding to offboarding, coordinate performance reviews, run internal comms and prepare payroll inputs.
- Expansion
Build the processes, plans and playbooks we’ll use to launch in new European markets.
About you
- You have 3+ years in operations, project or programme delivery, ideally in a scale-up, consultancy or energy business.
- You build structure from scratch and make it stick.
- You’re commercially minded and understand how sales pipelines and partner delivery fit together.
- You communicate clearly with partners and senior leaders alike.
- You’re as comfortable in the detail as you are setting direction.
